We use many different calculating gizmos in the course of our working week, most of which are written in house. When they are not commercially sensitive, we can generally make smaller applications available free of charge.

Here you will find MS Excel spreadsheets for adjusting period ends both backwards and forwards, a utility for calculating gross profit margins and a P&L template. They are simple 'save as' downloads, we don't need an e-mail address or subscription but we can't re-write or re-work anything; it's all taken on an 'as is' basis.

There will also be a complete stocktaking utility here very soon. We have a very good spreadsheet that we will make available and, again, it will just be a straightforward download. If you have a single site and no desire to employ the services of a stocktaker then this spreadsheet will do the sums for you.

This version of the website is very new, the downloads will appear as and when we can get around to uploading them. If you have specific needs or just can't wait then feel free to e-mail, we will probably be able to help you out.
